Can I Get Abs in 2 Weeks

Short and honest answer, maybe... Most likely no if you are starting out with absolutely no abs visible. There are too many factors that come into play here, and it really depends on the person.

It is possible to have your abs visible in 2 weeks, but you will have to start out with having some abs already visible and go on an insane diet. It's unhealthy to do it this, and by the time you see your abs well defined, you're probably ready to give up because of how demanding it is to get there in that short of time.

You've probably seen those YouTube videos, blog posts, and ads literally saying "how to get abs in x amount of time" (most of the time it's 2 weeks or 21 days). It shows a person with really defined abs, pointing to them, and telling you to just do these ab exercises everyday for I don't know, let's say 21 days, and you'll have abs.

You then go into it with the expectation of having VISIBLE abs in 21 days, but by the time 21st day rolls around you still can't see your abs. Maybe you get discouraged and think it's just not for you. You don't understand though because you did the exercises it told you to do for 21 days, and still nothing.

Why didn't it work? Well, it's because they only gave you a very small piece to the puzzle. I can say this with 100% confidence that the people who post those ads and videos took longer than 21 days to develop those abs. They ate right, did more than just those few ab exercises each day, and stayed disciplined during the time it took for them to get that 6 pack.

If you want visible abs, it's going to take longer than 21 days to get them. It's going to take more than just doing a few ab exercises a day to get them. It's going to take hard work, dedication, consistency, and discipline.

Most of us have abs already, but they are just hiding underneath all the fat.
